What’s your return policy?
Digital items are none refundable. In the unlikely event that you’ll have an issue with activating your product code, please feel free to contact us. We would just require some screenshots from the platform used from activation site and you’re all set. No personal information is displayed in the images we require.
We are not responsible for the game not working on your device, please check your device meets the minimum specification to run the game, if you are unsure please contact us and we will assist you.
We are only responsible for the supply of the key,once activated the responsibility remains with the platform (steam,origin etc).
Digital products can only be activated once, no returns or refunds can be made on our items.
In the unlikely event, there is an issue activating the key we will require images supporting this, no personal information is required in these images.
We can not refund or replace the key until these images are supplied.
